Surfing Western Australia is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to provide secretarial, reception & administration support to our amazing team in a very busy, but casual sporting environment based at Trigg Beach.
The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- A good understanding of operations management and organisational systems.
- A general understanding of financial and business principles and best practices.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication skills with ability to develop positive working relationships and provide excellent customer service to Surfing WA members and clients.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking ability.
- Basic understanding of COVID -19 safety protocols.
